The pattern works best for waist circumferences 23-48 inch (60-130 cm). This equals sizes S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X.
The belt's front lenght is ca. 37" (95 cm) but can be lenghtened or shortened easily.
It's a gender neutral design.
